About Mad Cow Beads

Frustrated by the limited lines available in HobbyCraft and other craft superstores, we made it our mission to search out findings, jewellery components, beads and other jewellery making supplies from around the world.

The result is the madcowbeads website, which we hope you'll enjoy! We certainly had fun doing it.

Our range includes tibetan silver, pewter and enamel charms, Bali style beads, toggles, clasps, and all the other handy findings. Indian fancy glass bead mixes, Czech fire polished bead mixes, lampwork beads, seed beads and gemstone beads. We also have our own range of Jolie Vache lead crystal beads. We searched high and low for rosary connectors, shoe clips, and beadable bookmarks and pin brooches - they're now in stock! Aside from these, we stock lines that take our fancy - from scarey skull beads, gothic bats and gargoyles to crystal butterflies!

Why 'Mad Cow Beads'? Well, our business is based in a converted Bull Pen in the beautiful Cotswolds, and it's apparently a term of endearment. Or that's what the husband of our Founder says...
