In order to offer you the best beading  range possible at the best price possible, some items are ordered direct from BeadSmith and then sent on to you. Items that are ordered in for you are clearly marked on the item detail page.

This is how it works!

If you pay by credit card or with a posted payment, we never process your payment until your Special Order arrives with us and is ready for shipping to you.

We order from BeadSmith at 2pm every Monday (or 2pm Tuesday if there is a UK Bank Holiday) During busier periods and Christmas run up, we often order on Thursdays as well, to keep your waiting time down.

In most cases, items ordered on Monday are with the Mad Cows by Friday of the same week, so you can expect your Special Order items within 5-8 days. The main exception is if BeadSmith are out of stock (we tell you as soon as we know) *or* if you accidentally ordered at 2.15pm and it's a quiet week. In this case, your order might take 9-14 days.
