We charge a flat rate of £1.00 for delivery to mainland United Kingdom addresses on all orders.
Spend £70.00 or more and your order will be sent via Special Delivery at no extra cost to you - you just pay the standard £1.00 charge.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
We ship worldwide, daily. The minimum order for overseas customers is £20 (GBP) - around USD $35.
Shipping to the USA and Canada costs £5.00.
Shipping to Europe costs £3.50.
Shipping to anywhere else in the world costs £6.00.
These flatrates apply to retail customers only. We reserve the right to decline orders for items outside the UK. This is because some items do not travel very well.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
UK orders will usually be delivered within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. A signature is often required for our parcels. Special Order items are clearly marked. Please allow 14 days for these to arrive with you. We do not take payment from your credit card until your items are ready to ship.
TAX CHARGES & VAT
Web prices are fully inclusive of VAT for UK customers. For customers in Europe, there is not normally any additional sales tax to pay. For customers in the rest of the world, local taxes may apply and are your responsibility. Please contact your Customs or Tax department for details.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Our aim is your delight! However, if a purchase isn't quite what you wanted, you may return it to us, unused and in it's original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Please note: SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE UNLESS FAULTY - this is because they are ordered in especially for you. We don't stock them permanently.
Please contact us via email within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund on your order when returned.
This refund policy does not cover any items that are designed for use in piercing (ie. ear hooks), books, videos or dvds, unless these items are still sealed in their packaging. Please remember that returned goods are your responsibility until we have received them back! We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service for returning goods.
If your goods arrive damaged or are found to be faulty, please don't use them. Please contact us and we will replace them for you, suggest an alternative, or give you a refund, whichever you prefer.
Postage and packaging charges are only refundable for manufacturing faults, damage to goods, errors of description, or in other circumstances at our absolute discretion.
Overseas orders are NOT covered by our satisfaction guarantee, although we will of course replace or refund faulty or damaged items.
